In our online yoga library you will find a variety of different practices designed to support you in your daily life, in your terms, and in your time.

Easy to follow!

In each class one of us will be teaching and the other will be modelling. This way, you always have both a verbal and a visual instruction to guide your alignment, safety and understanding of the poses.

A variety of classes.

In the library you will find shorter classes (ranging between 15-30minutes) as well as longer practices (45minutes-1 hour) to suit your time table.

Active & Restorative.

Enjoy both challenging and vigorous strength work as well as soothing, long restorative silence.
